The home buying process can be one of the most confusing and daunting experiences one can go through.....unless your real estate agent is Corrie Carbone-Patricelli. Corrie is one of a kind. She is truly a remarkable person and agent. She turned a daunting experience into one of enjoyment. She was there for me every step of the way. She was available whenever I had any questions, day or night. She made me feel as though I were her only priority. She was knowledgeable and thorough, and very organized. Every deadline was laid out, explained, and met efficiently. Her willingness to go above and beyond was always at the forefront of every interaction we had, whether it be with the bank, or the sellers realtor. She is punctual, efficient, and one is the most engaging and industrious people I’ve ever known. For our final walkthrough of the house she was there supporting us. A couple of weeks later when we were moving in, my two-year-old daughter looked at me sadly and asked “where’s Corrie?” Followed up with “she’s missing.” It took me a minute to realize that she expected the new house to come complete with Corrie, for her enjoyment! ?? I would say we all mimic my daughters feelings-Corrie is phenomenal. If you want a realtor that will go above and beyond for you, who is knowledgeable and hard-working, passionate about being the best, and providing you with the best, and who makes you their priority, then look no further....Corrie should be your first choice. Selling a house is already a stressful situation - but try it from out of state, during a pandemic, for your mother who is moving into a nursing home, and to top it all off the house had a septic system that had failed and needed to be replaced before the sale. Nightmare? Yes! But! You know who got us through this wild ride? Corrie. We presented her with all of the facts before we even started the process and she didn't shy away or even hesitate to take this sale on - from the beginning her motto was "I'm here for you and we're going to make this happen." A sigh of relief that was needed in a chaotic situation. And it was true, she was there for us the entire time with constant communication and support as we worked through all of the twists and turns. Did the house sell? Sure did! Would we use Corrie again if we needed to sell another home? Sure would! We couldn't have been more grateful to have a determined and supportive Agent during this sale.

She provided objective data and comps in the area to establish a selling price. She also provided a social media presence and professional photographs. We had multiple offers on the home and it was sold in less than a week. I would rate her six stars out of a five-star rating system!!

Corrie was a fantastic realtor to work with during the sale of our house. She knew how to promote the property, took fantastic pictures and video for website(s), and also was knowledgable of choosing the correct starting price. We had dozens of offers in four days, and she helped us select the correct one. She worked very hard all the way through closing and I would only use her when buying a house in Massachusetts in the future. With all of the potential realtors to select, we fell very fortunate we found Corrie as she made the process as quick and easy as possible. I think corrie is absolutely amazing at her job. She always responded, and always gave an answer or found the answer to anything I asked. Not only were was she a realtor, she is a friend and got to know us. It didn’t just feel like business. It was very personal. I loved how truthful she were about homes if they were good or bad. Corrie and her team were absolutely fantastic during this process of getting our first home. Larry, Amanda, Megan, Ken and corrie, plus a lot others answered everything so thoroughly for us newbies.
